Phishing scam using spoofed numbers pitching Medicare enrolement

Someone from this 800 # left a message on my answering machine. They left a first name and the name of an organization I belong to (must have gotten it from a newspaper article), and said I should call as soon as possible...it was important! I called, and an operator-recorded message said to call "10-15-15-8000". I have since called my telephone co....they said the call was from India, and there is a $.05 charge per minute. My phone co. will now block 3rd party calls for me so the culprit cannot make a call and charge me.

Called today on 7/7/21 at approximately 9:40 am it rang several times and hung up did not leave a voicemail message on the answering machine did not attend to the call as I do not recognize the telephone number nor anyone from
