Recording says to 'hold for an important call' the someone with a thick accent comes on and asked for a hacked up version of my first name. When asked what the call was about, he said it was a 'personal business call'

Spoofing scammers just change the scamming number a little after they get blocked .

Caller ID reads Laconia NH. That is the first clue to not answer it. Naturally no message was left.
