claims to be a law office..but is a collection company for ten dollar payday loan... saying that they have been looking for me for over 6 years....its a scam

I received a text saying I had won $750,000 via Africa yahoo, hotmail and to write to an email or call an international number a Mr Marvin Aian. A total scam.
