i think this is a scammer who keeps texting me wont stop after many reply's to stop need info on location

When I asked who was on the phone, they hung up.

we happen to be getting rings with this no., however doesnt pass on any msgs. soon as we returned the ring a recorded message stating that you've make a error dialing this no. please check the no. & dial again or when this was no mistake to ring the operator. we ring numerous telephone companies & We are informed that no no. start with a zero & this no. is not real. we stated was on our Calling-ID how you can say was not real, these people informed us was not real & thanks for reporting the no.
