It was a robo-call. A robot sounding recording told me there was illegal activity on my social security number and I had to respond before legal action would be taken. Scare tactics. I hung up

Is called but left no MSG. when I try to call back, I just get an immediate busy signal. I do not have insurance with BCBS. She must be a wrong number.
