Millions Call

needed to offer some thing

I was called by this number along with a case number. They asked for someone who does not live here and the number they called was my wife's name not mine...but my cell phone number. They Called themselves 'United' and would not give me any other information.

had a ring earlier today with 83632047, did some quick research & believed this is a carpet cleaner with Canada, subsequently listened to the msg, this turned out to be with Time Warner Cable looking us to upgrade the web connection to a faster speed.

Got two calls saying I won the Meg Million and asking me to call 518-772-3926

the msg was in french wen we ring back it is a machine We are verry upset please have this quit

I received a call today from this number saying that I had won a $250,000 lottery and that they also had a package for me to be sent out. I questioned the caller about where they were located and this person said Florida. I told this person that if it had been a legitimate contest, I would have been notified by certified mail that I was a winner not by phone. I told him that I would respond if his company was willing to send me a certified mail letter notifying me of the winning and the additional gift. This person had all my personal information -- address, phone number and name. He told me that the shipping charge for the winning check and gift would be "only $60." I hung up on him and have not received any additional calls today.

Checking to see who may be calling from this number? We get so many different calls on our cell phones asking for other people, that when we do answer them is just a waisting our minutes.
