Wanted to sell me CC offers

Received calls from this number on March 9 and 11. Picked up and no answer on other end. Tried calling right back and got a recording that this number is not in service. Getting a lot of calls from 289 area code numbers like this lately that are all 'not in service'.  Would like to know how and why Bell Canada is permitting calls from non-registered phone numbers. Especially when we subscribe to all of their overpriced call privacy and screening services. Makes me suspect Bell is on these marketing scams.

A guy named John was harrasing me from this number. Said that someone gave him my name and number and that he has a business oportunity for me. Got rude when I told him to remove me from the list.

Robo caller no message left on my voicemail

Nothing to spend time writing here. Report it to the police without delay.Has threatened to shoot me and my girlfriend threatened to leave / offensive messages on my phone TXT and voicemail

scammer text messaged me and said we made a video once and then said the video might have leaked. when I responded... nothing. beware of this number. I feel it might be a ping or something super shady.
