this number has been calling my cell phone and getting my voicemail and then hanging up without leaving a message!

I don't know his name. But he is stalking me. I had text his number my a mistake and ever since he have been stalking me. Texting and calling repeatedly even though I told him sorry for texting him because I had the run number. He even called block a couple of times.

My number is on a do not call list. Because of this it is ilegal for them to call me. Not only that but it is a big waste of their time and mine.
