No msg no one answers on ring back

I have .5 calls to my phone regarding the fact I was approved for 5000 loan
I believe scammer is registered as a lender and gets referrals from web sites that match loans and after they pretend to be legit lenders but are actually scammers tryin to dupe you into disclosing your banking details

One ring has come with this no. this is preceded, over the course of a month, by atleast a dozen rings with 410 837-5400. All rings showec 'Md State Govt' on the Calling-ID. Whenever our partner or we picked up, there is no response. Once, he rang back via 'Star 69' & had a picking up machine. he ended up leaving a msg asking no further rings to my no. That has made no difference. the rings continue.

these people rang our mobile. we answered & these people cut off the ring.

I don't know but they keep calling asking to speak to different people.

404-549-4433 shows up as fopwepldgio. Any body have clue. I guess fraternal order of police charity or scam.
