Got a message threatening local cops will take me into custody if I do not return call.

Caller ID is 'Unavailable'

I’ve asked them not to call but they call anyway

This caller wanted to speak with the previous owner of my phone number. I have been getting calls asking for him for almost one year now. I tell the caller this is not his telephone number any more. She said this was a business calling for the former person who has this phone number. The caller ID was from Rockford Il.
