I get a call from this number about every other day. Whenever I would answer, there would be nobody on the other end, so not sure if is a scam. I finally just blocked it.

Their customer support was alright. this caught our attention to recognise that these people outsource to Ups at times. With that being stated we found the rates cheaper subsequently sending this with UPS however yet some of the locations are outsourced to ups. Not the best, not the worst. Just a average firm. .
