Anyone know anything about this possible scam?

Call came from Indiana to Kansas at 09:43 hours CST on 1-6-11. Call not answered and no message left. Caller ID said 'Unknown Name'.

This call shows up as mass state call the guy that answers the phone is extremly rude using words such as ' pick up the phone' 'why are you playing theses games'. He calls non stop. He was very rude

Spammer or scammer or misdialed.

Daily robo-call that hangs up every time the phone is answered. I work nights, and am constantly being woke up by this. Unable to return the long distance call from this number. Calling back from cell phone, the machine 'says' i can remove (my number) from there list, but does not give the opportunity to enter a separate phone number. Apparently will only remove the number I call back from, which is my cell phone. Please stop the madness!!
