Millions Call

Received animated voicemail message that said me waiting hold and later they end the call without talk 0.o

They constantly call us as well. We’ve put a special option through the phone company and hopefully it will stop the calls from coming through.

206-565-0453 comes up as Washington DC on my cell phones caller I.d so I answered it and a lady said she was with the federal government and I was chosen to get a grant that I never had to pay back of 9,000.00$ to use on bills, taxes, home repairs, or school. Said I was chosen because I have never filed for bankruptcy or have any criminal history even though I do. Also said I had to give them a bank card or get it through western union. I have an old pay as u go Visa card I do not use often so I told them the info for the card. They said ok since this money comes from state to state and bank to bank u will have to pay a one time fee for taxes of 260.00$ I then hung up.

Voicemail left - Referenced vacation resort and gave Western Union number (8)382-3676 stating 'fees may apply'.

Message left with female voice speaking Chinese (or other Asian language). Call originated from Los Angeles, CA.

we got 2 telephone rings with this no. 7/12/08 at 5:05pm. 7/13/08 at 6:19pm. Both listed as 'Corbin, KY'. Since we did not know the no.s, we did not pick up.
