Random number keeps calling saying name is jeffrey....weird creepy voice...never met or know a jeffrey...number is from jersey never been there before nor do i know anyone out there. keeps calling leaving messages and harrassing.

Came up as a missed ring. our Calling-ID did not show this as a complete no.: 139-989-998. Looked up this website. this looks just like we may be getting some rings in the future with the other stories posted.
