got a text from the number that says please call me: 18765283451. Thank you. Didnt call or text back.

01/24/13: It was a machine asking if I wanted to lower my credit card interest. when I selected to talk to an associate, then a lady answered asking if I selected 1 to talk to her, when I asked to stop calling me... I got disconnected. I called her back and no one answer.

Who is the owner? I've been getting calls from the number.

Has called 10 times in the last 3 weeks. Also calls from 571-685-2585, the same voice.

Did not identify their company just said they were calling from my credit card company and this was my last chance to lower my interest rate (reworded several differenct ways to inspire anxiety in anyone who might believe it and care). Then said hit 1 to lower my interest and hit 2 for this offer to "expire forever" I hit the hang up button.
