Caller calls consistently for about 30 mikes then doesn´t answer when u turn the tables and call them back

Keeps calling and texting, not only our personal line but our business line as well. Have had to block the texting and if the calling contiues we are going to file a charges with the police department. I suggest if anyone else has the same problem to call the police as well.
