Whoever tis is keeps on prank calling me and asking if i wanted to order pizza and calling and saying 'Hello tis is taco bell ow may i el you. If they keep on calling then i will lose my last nerve.

Im not going to pay for this. My niece did this and i am not going to be heald responsible for any bills from your organization. Thank you.

Seems to be collections and/or telemarketing ... when I called the number it was a recording stating that it was a number that had been disconnected ; usually they are the only kind of companies that go to such lengths to conceal their identity
