No idea whos number this is. They call everyday saying random things everytime. Nothing threatening, just very annoying.

Jamaican man that told a family member that he had won over 5 million dollars but had to send money to recieve it. I now have the phone and this number has called twice in the past two minutes asking for my family member. I reply that I don't know who it is but they keep calling back. ALL 1-876 NUMBERS ARE SCAMS!DO NOT SEND THEM MONEY!!

This no. was being (ab)used by a Craigslist vehicle scammer. . supposedly this was a no. owned by the state of Pennsylvania that state agencies use for various reasons.
