FCC Complaint: Live Voice

Some guy named David kept calling my cell saying he's responding to a Craigslist add about discreet gay sex. First off, I'm a woman. Second, I never placed any such add AND I searched Craigslist for my phone number and no posts came up so nobody put my number in by accident or anything. I'm not sure if this is some guy thinking he's funny or what, but I didn't think it was. What a creep!

This is a collection agency that violates federal law by contacting third parties and using intimidation tactics to scare people into giving phone numbers of debtors they wish to contact. A person who identified themselves as "John" called my wife and told her our son was being sent a summons and that if he did not contact us a arrest warrant would be issued for his detainment. After repeatable calling of this number i left several voice mails reminding them of the federal laws against such tactics. This collection agency refuses to give us an address or po box to send them a stop contact letter or to even identify what company they are.

(from another phone) we reached a vehicle dealer with a 303 region code. we checked a this sounds to be in the Denver area. exactly what was going on?

They called around 8 Am this morning, Sunday, asked for verification of zip code, and stated we owed $900.00 and wanted us to pay. They used our first names and asked if we wanted to continue in English or Spanish when I first answered the call. Very strange call. I tried calling back from a different number (star 69) and the recording asked for the original number called. I hung up.
