Wanted to speak to HR about a "recruiting project." Won't tell me who they are. I ask what in regards to a recuiting project" they just say a recruiting project.

we got 2 back to back rings with this no. on our work telephone on 4/30/11 (one ring at 7:37 PM & the other at 7:38 PM). There is just heavy breathing on both msgs for about thirty minutes each & subsequently the person calling put the phone down.
