Call and hang up

Calls constantly and at all hours but wont leave voice message. Also answered once, but they didnt say anything. Could be collection agency or prank caller.

I did call Xcel Energy and was told that these are a third party collection agency they do use .But I would Pay your Bill at your regular source Being a pay station King Soopers .or a reputable Payment center.just in case,,,

Automated voice claiming there's no problem with my credit card...

surely a scammer. requested them to provide identity that she was a IRS officer. she put the phone down. subsequently she just put the phone down every time soon as we called.
