Millions Call

I am receiving unwanted calls from this number. Three in a three hour period already. I do not want this number to call nor do I know the number. Also no messages were left except for a long static inauditable one.

Pranktext messages wont answer when called. Refuses to identify himself.

I am on the National Do Not Call List and also pressed "9" to remove myself from their list the last time they called. However, I still receive calls from them.

Calls when I'm asleep. Won't leave a message.

Getting threatening phone calls from this number

I have received two calls from this number. When I say hello, no one answers, I will say hello a few times an then I hung up the first time and the second time, they hung up. When I call the number back, it says all circuits are busy.
