Who is this?

Shane of Shanes auto parts service contacted me about auto parts he intended to sell me. Purchased parts on 12710 via credit card. Days later, a request for a tracking number was made. Later, after Shane evaded several calls made to his office and cell phone, he called and said his phones were down and he was out of the office. He subsequently left a bogus tracking number on my voicemail that belonged to a random parcel. 122110, no merchandise.

Has called me a couple of times over the past few weeks, but doesn't leave voicemail. Blocked the caller.

15 second phone call from a girl speaking spanish...then an abrupt hang up.

recorded message said i'd recently entered a contest at Target, Wal-Mart, or a couple of other stores it named and that I get $2600 off a trip to their resort in Cancun and gave some details. It said to press 1 to speak to an agent at which point I hung up.
