Rude very rude bill collector

This number has been calling my house for the past 3 days. It started early Monday morning, with a phone call for my husband. When I said he wasn't available, they immediately hung up, but continued to call many times throughout the day. But, each time I'd answer the phone (not realizing it was them), they'd hang up after hearing me answer. Then the process repeated over yesterday and today as well. According to reports submitted by others on another website, the company is called Education Advisors and they're apparently telemarketers. (It's very difficult to get information out of them. They simply demand to speak to my husband, and if they can't then they just hang up.)
