Robocall soliciting for an 'Officer's Fund,' callback has an auto prompt: Hello? If you don't have the challenge, it hangs up.

This guy keeps calling my cell phone early in the morning and harasses me.    He keeps leaving vulgar voicemails and text messages.

I got a voicemail from this Andy Black guy posing as a officer from North Carolina. He said there is a suit against me. Well, I called back and what do you know the number was invalid. I wonder how these people get our names and cell phone numbers?
