This person repeatedly makes harassing calls to me, often times threatening my life and the lives of my family. Since he is in another state, the police will not intervene, as each precinct claims the responsibility lies with the others jurisdiction.

This number has called at least 3x a day for over a week. First time I answered, a male with an accent barked out a variation of my full name that NO ONE has every called me a few times. I was caught of guard and didn't say anything, then he said something weird and hung up. I tried calling back a few times but the phone just rings a few times then goes to a busy signal.
