I received a call on my cell phone and don't recognize the number that was calling me!

This number has been identified by robo killer as a spam risk! Do not answer! Already blocked on my end. So thank you for confirming.

Phone rang twice then they hung up. Probably a scam?

this person keeps calling my phone and husbands phone also.saying using foul language and threats.

This is UPS. It goes to voicemail because the reps cannot receive inbound calls. They helped get my shipping account active and negotiated rates for my shipping.

Calls multiple times a day. Does not leave a message. Attempted to call the number back and recieved a number has been disconnected recording.
