Millions Call

I received a letter from Department of Health & Human Services (Centers for Disease Control) asking that I take a 15-25 minute survey. From the letter that I received. 'Your phone number was chosen randomly from phone numbers across the U.S. Westat, a health research company, will call you and identify themselves as calling for the CDC. If the call comes at a busy time, please give the interviewer a better time to call you back.' I haven't called them, nor have they called me.

said they liked my facebook pix and asked to add skype so we can talk. signed cristina.arnoldf and had many typos. my mobile is not shared via facebook so there is no way this person contacted me that way.
