Using Local Area Codes to woth no Caller Id to Spoof their calls

Answered the phone . A female voice says Helllooo then utter silence. I hung up and hit redial and the Verizon says there is no known phone with this number.

I was very frieghtened by this call. It was obviously a midget or some other kind of evil being and they sounded like they were trying to get me to sneeze over the phone or meet them so they could sneeze on me. I changed my phone number 3 times so these tiny germ spreaders can't get into my phone line.
