I recieved a call from this number stating that I had won millions of dollars and needed to pay 200 dollars to insure it from my end. Sound like a total scam

Same here he even knew my name. Talked with an indian accent ...

Caller left message that he was returning our call about an error on our electric bill. That is a total lie. There was no error, and he is not with our electric company.

Calls every day 2 or 3 times and never leaves a message.
