Called my cell phone # and when I returned the call your attached to a answering machine with a woman's voice that is unable to speak clear english --(e.g. stuttering and stammering) with the only identificationas 'account management'

we get this ring six to8 times daily starting at 8am

same number (780-876-6245) called me 10 minutes ago.i don't answer, leave no message on the voice box.
