They keep calling and don't give name but threaten legal action if I don't call them back. They say there is a fraud use with my ssn. They want me to call back. I have not called them back.

Just received call and they said I was going to be served in a civil matter and wanter to confirm the last three digits of my social security number and they indeed did have it corrent but I would not confirm. They then became beligerant and said 'good luck in court' What in the world?????
