early afternoon telephone msg put the phone down

I received a missed call from this number at 3:26 PM on December 8, 2020.

This is a soliciting for hotel rental service.

The person is very rude and said he was going to issue a warrant. Heavy accent (Pakistan / Indian) in need of English classes or a passport. When you call the number back, it always says the mailbox is full but if you block your number, he will answer and ask for personal information and when you do not answer his voice elevates just before he hangs up. I know this is a landline and I hope the police in the Arcadia/Monrovia California area go to the address and arrest everyone in the apartment/house, as there is something illegal going on. It may an immigration ring looking for social security numbers or other US information.

Said she was following up on a credit that was approved. I have not applied for credit.

I get called from this number about once a week. They are trying to sell a security system, but they start off with a "FBI Report" of crimes in my area. I am on a no call list and have reported the number to our Attorney General.
