Calls everyday every hour doesnt leave voicemail!!

I keep getting calls from a Alex William saying I got a payday loan never paid it back and it's not true what was scary is he new a bunch of my information a few things he had wrong witch makes me feel little better but I don't know the name of the company he telling me he is from he speaks very poor English and when I ask him anything he just starts over agin repeating what he said he driving me nuts calls at odd hours repeats his call few time if I tell him I'm bizy can't talk he calls right back I never got a loan or any paperwork or contacted by mail email nothing there nothing bad on my credit report how do I get him to leave me alone

Get one everyday but it hangs up.

Claimed he was with the police and wanted to talk about my criminal record. Didn't believe a thing he said and hung up. And he has continually called everyday since.
