i got a text from this number telling me that i have won a target gift card and shell gas card and to call 855-807-4654 to learn more. I'm guessing scam since i haven't signed up for anything. When i called the number a lady who barely spoke English answered with "Thank you SO much for calling Customer Service." But never actually said what company she worked for.
