This is an automated call idetifiying as Bank of America with a badly inserted name for who they are calling. And it says they have a personal message code. After calling Bank of America they said it was a scam.

'Lady' with strong accent asked for my wife,by name. When I asked if there was a message, she said it was about the credit cards. I asked about the use of plural for cards and she got flustered and hung up. Does sound legit to me.

Another call from a number no longer in service after calling me 18 minutes prior to my return call checking a supposed "local" number.
