A person user from Westfield, New York received an unsolicited call from 716-859-8837 and filed a complainted with the FCC

A debt collector using a fake ID saying from France but actually from Abbeville Louisiana

Does ANYONE know this is? I get calls from this number multiple times per day. When I pick up, the caller hangs up. My name is on the Do Not Call list, and I want to know who this is so I can report them!

I finally answered the phone after recieving several calls. they said they were from GE security services and wanted to know if they could put a sign in my yard in exchange for a free home security system. Told them I lived in an apartment and wouldn't b here much longer. He said okay and let me off the phone. Starting to wonder if its not a scam to find out if you have a security system.
