got a call dont know who it is but its obvius they know me cause they asked for food from my grand parents restaraunt

These ppl reply ad's placed on Craigslist by send sms msgs, with no intention of making a purchase. i am not sure exactly what the con is, just like might be attempting to hack into mobile phones. Could be these people just just like bothering ppl for funzies?
