Scam trying to get money

Called posing as a cop stating I had warrants, someone was using my credit to get bank cards, an apartment, had rented a car in my name and left drugs in it and I needed to meet him at the social security office to change my as number. All had Indian accents.

This woman who says her name is 'Brooke' called from this number, and said she found my lost dogs, but now claims she let them go free. I know she has my dogs and is trying to keep them.
