got a text about claiming my $200 Target gift card if I call this number back. It was sent from another number 16464209412. I did a search on that number and there were a LOT of complaints about it.

I keep getting text messages from this number saying 'I got a pm with this number. Who is this?' The number matches none of my friends, nor would I randomly text someone without saving their number somewhere first. So I'm thinking spam.
