person calling is phoning looking offensive & disturbing questions about taking pictures of them & her daughter. Later she requested when it is ok to do bad things to her.

Is a spoofed/faked number commonly used by a fraudulent collection agency based in NY. They try to make you think they are a law firm. They are Called Evans Law Associates. Google them to see all the fraud & unscrupulous practices they have been reported for. They also commonly spoof 205-575-1009
