call came in at 3:53 pm did not answer and no message left when recorder picked up the call.

Possible number spoofer spammer or scammer no voicemail

I get at my business four to six rings a day with these people. I have requested 'em to quit phoning & these people still keep on to ring.

The same thing just happened to me. Some lady named Kim Jones called my dad's office reporting something from 2007 about a payday loan. Total scam. Do not pay them a dime.

getting rings with this no. on our cell phone. No msgs left.

Claimed to have a large cashier's check waiting for me. Called twice consecutively. Looked the number up online and is part of a scam to get personal info and rack up international charges to the phone bill.
