Unknown caller by the name of Tom called my old house looking for me. Haven't lived there for more than 10 years. He wouldn't give his last name.

Lo uses Telemarketing dialer to harass/seduce his Victims. Lo uses the same 1st three numbers of his Victim's phone number (same exchange number) to signal that he's calling from a FAKE/SPOOFED NUMBER.
