Millions Call

call came in from Nebraska on my cell phone.I picked up and just listened - just a bunch of background noise and someone shouting in the background also..Never spoke but didn't hange up for 2 full minutes either.. I have had so many call this weekend fron Vancouver, Nebraska and New York and some other that I am seriously wanting to change my bumber I have had for 5+ years..

This number keeps contacting me and I cant seem to find any information in regards to who keeps messaging me. Its very frustrating to see that someone can use the internet and harass people and get away with it. Please HELP !!!
