Severely garbled robo-call. A recording about debt collection, attempting to reach the business owner. Recording was so bad I could not catch the company name or the call-back number.

A complaint was made to the FCC on 2019-10-24 about a call from (440) 472-2966

Has rang us twice, never ever bothers to leave a msg.
