FCC Complaint: Text Message

I received a call from 052-569-163 and was told to call 206-691-8166. I was told there was a 'financial complaint against me and if I did not return the call charges would be pressed.' I called several times only to get a general voice mail; when someone finally did answer he said 'Stan Miller.' I asked if I had reached a business, advised I was told to call the number back, and was handed off to a Roger---very heavy Indian accent who told me I need to get an attorney, he could not get me anything in writing, told me he could not give me any information about the company he works for, nor provide me any proof of this debt in writing on company letterhead. He began yelling at me and I abruptly hung up the phone. Total scam!!!!

I said hello, no answer. So many numbers being spoofed today by scammers.

I do not know who this is but he sends nasty texts and this week he sent a photo of his genitals. He apparently thinks I am someone else. If something is not done.I will take this to the authorities.
