Millions Call

I keep getting the same call. I get them all the time i never answer but it is getting ridiculous. It happened right after i activated my new phone as well...

I'M JUST WONDERING IF THIS IS A BUSINESS OR A RESISDENT PHONE. THEY WERE CALLING ME AT ALL HOURS OF THE DAY AND NIGHT. SOUNDED LIKE THEY WERE DRUNK OR SOMETHING.
