Northstar health calling from Missouri, offering health insurance to me in Canada ... Scam!

I got a recorded call from a badly recorded computer voice saying that the was a delay in making a delivery. I called and gave them a zip code, but they did not have my address in the system, so it must have been a wrong number that they were given. I talked to a live person, and they asked if I was expecting a package from Amazon.
