constantly calls and never leaves message. robo or fraud

This call is a recording from 'Credit Services' about lowering your interest rates. Sometimes they'll say 'consider this your final notice...' You have to press a number to get a person. I've done so and asked repeatedly to be removed from the list, but they always hang up on me. This must be a fraudulent company.

Whoever or whatever company this is called me at 1:03am and then another call was made at 1:07am!!! What pisses me off the most is that in BOTH calls, NO ONE LEFT ANYKIND OF MESSAGE!!! Who calls that early in the morning?? And who calls but doesn't leave a message...after calling and waking people up??

caller called left no message on answering service machine dont call me if you cant leave me a message or tell me who you are. this is very rude if it continues this number will get blocked.
