I have received numerous harassing phone calls and threats from this number.The last referred me another number 866-915-5209.I contacted the person who called me they did not give me any information about who they were but wanted info on another person I knew along time ago.very suspicious

Turns out it is a field office no. for the IRS in Fresno, CA. Specifically the Tax Advocate office for the IRS. wish that helps!
